The principle of oxygen production is based on the adsorption effect of the molecular lattice. While compressed air is flowing through one tank to produce oxygen, the cleaning process starts in the other tank by venting some of the gas. This alternating work and, as a result, the continuous production of oxygen is controlled by an electronic system. The resulting gas mixture consists of up to 93%±3% oxygen, partly argon and a small amount of other inert gases. The maximum oxygen concentration of 93%±3% is reached a few minutes after the device is turned on. This level of concentration does not change at production volumes up to 10l/min.
